I think you do have skills at drawing! This is quite good. You did a wonderful job on the figure, the design on the dress is lovely and detailed especially the collar, and the head is a very well done cat's face! With practice, you could be awesome with a pencil and paper! Don't feel bad, I'm still learning too. I've a long way to go before I'm able to draw like I want to.
